Terms of Service
Effective: May 19, 2026 · Last updated: May 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the International Player Services ("IPS", "we", "us") website at internationalplayerservices.com. By visiting the site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
International Player Services is a sports services organisation that supports international student-athletes through eligibility-readiness, visa-readiness, and cross-border documentation. IPS is operated by Bryant Johnson, founder.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You will not:
- Submit false or misleading information through the consultation form
- Impersonate another athlete, family member, coach, or institution
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the site, including the admin area
- Scrape, crawl, or copy player stories, photos, or editorial content without written permission
- Use the site to send spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial communication
- Interfere with the operation of the site or its security controls
3. Consultation Requests
The consultation request form lets you ask IPS for eligibility-readiness, visa-readiness, or documentation support. Submitting a request does not create a service agreement, a representation relationship, or any guarantee of outcome. IPS will review your request and reply by email. A service relationship begins only when IPS and you agree to one in writing.
IPS does not act as a sports agent, an attorney, or an immigration officer. We coordinate, document, and prepare. We do not replace legal counsel, advisors, or institutional policies.
4. Editorial Content
Player stories, photos, advisor profiles, and country pages on this site are editorially curated by IPS. Subjects of editorial content (athletes, advisors, partners) have provided consent to publication, or the content is drawn from publicly available roster data. If you are a subject and want your story changed or removed, email admin@internationalplayerservices.com.
Editorial content is provided for informational purposes. IPS makes no warranty that information is current or complete.
5. Intellectual Property
The site's design, layout, code, and editorial content are owned by IPS or licensed to IPS. Player photographs and identifying information remain the property of the subject or their licensor; IPS publishes them under permission. You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-party assets (country flag SVGs, Bootstrap, fonts) are used under their respective open-source licences.
6. Privacy
How we handle information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy. By using this site you also accept the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". IPS does not warrant uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPS disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Information published on the site is not legal advice, immigration advice, or recruiting advice. Always consult qualified counsel for legal questions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPS, its founder, advisors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from any consultation request you submit. Total liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of operation of IPS. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
