Cristiane Borges QuadrosCristiane Borges Quadros is a Brazilian sociologist, public administration professional, and international personal development specialist whose work bridges public policy, human development, education, emotional intelligence, and holistic wellness.
Based in Rio de Janeiro, Cristiane brings more than 18 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning administration, law, education, civic leadership, international training, hospitality, organizational development, and personal transformation.
Cristiane earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi after completing her undergraduate studies in Social Sciences at Universidade Federal Fluminense.
Her professional path has included work across both the public and private sectors in Brazil and the United States. During her time in Texas, Cristiane served as Special Assistant to Nueces County Judge Barbara Canales, contributing to civic engagement initiatives, public administration efforts, and portions of the county's COVID-19 response planning.
Cristiane also spent several years working in the legal field with Heil Law Firm in Corpus Christi, where she helped oversee organizational operations, client coordination, strategic planning, and internal systems management. During her tenure, the firm received the "Best of the Best Law Firm" recognition from the Corpus Christi Caller-Times for the first time in its history.
Her international experience extends into global events and cross-cultural leadership. During the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Cristiane served as both an Olympic Staff Trainer and Public Relations Ambassador, helping coordinate logistics, executive relations, and international hospitality efforts involving major corporate partners and global attendees.
Beyond her institutional and corporate background, Cristiane has long been involved in education, leadership development, and community-focused initiatives. She co-founded a non-governmental organization focused on social projects in underserved communities in Rio de Janeiro and later served in leadership roles supporting international student communities while studying in the United States.
Today, Cristiane leads Criss Atma Healing, where her work centers on personal development, emotional intelligence, wellness, and energy alignment. Through specialized healing and coaching practices, she helps individuals identify limiting patterns, develop self-awareness, and restore balance between mind, body, and spirit.
Cristiane's work is deeply rooted in the belief that meaningful societal change begins with individual transformation. Her transition from public policy into personal development reflects a broader philosophy that healthier, more conscious individuals create stronger communities, organizations, and institutions.
Having traveled to more than 30 countries and lived in England, Finland, Australia, and the United States, Cristiane brings a uniquely international perspective to her advisory role within IPS. She also speaks four languages and has extensive experience working across cultures, institutions, and multidisciplinary environments.

Cristiane also assists in the creation of individualized Wellness Plans designed to help athletes develop consistent, independent routines for handling pressure, transition, uncertainty, and high-performance environments while studying and competing abroad.
